If you have purchased a vehicle from a member dealer and believe you have been treated in a way that contravenes our code of conduct, we would ask that you make contact with the dealer to seek redress.

If the dealer has in your opinion then not met his requirements you should email a full description of your complaint along with the dealer name and date of transaction to info@NIATA.co.uk

We will then make contact to discuss your complaint and make representations on your behalf and if necessary initiate our internal investigation process.
